Arash “Ash” Khosrowshahi is the principal attorney of Liberty Man Law, P.C. Ash has spent his legal career fighting for the underdog representing employees against bad employers in the State of California for wrongful terminations and wage theft.
Ash went to University of California, Berkeley School of Law (formerly known as Boalt Hall) after graduating from University of California, Davis with two bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and philosophy. While a law student, Ash worked at a number of nonprofit organizations, including Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles fighting for the rights of tenants against corrupt landlords, and the American Civil Liberties Union in Nevada. Ash received a Social Justice Fellowship award for his work as a law student committed to the fight for social justice and economic rights of everyday people.
After graduating law school and passing the California Bar Exam, Ash focused his practice on representing the disadvantaged, first as a criminal defense attorney, then as a tenant’s rights attorney, and now as an employment litigator for employees. Ash believes that zealous and aggressive representation of his clients is the only way you get bad, stubborn actors to come to the negotiating table and acknowledge the error of their ways. This approach has consistently allowed him to obtain six and seven-figure settlements for his clients in employment lawsuits.
